My food is smart and aesthetic, mostly influenced by western Europe, especially France, Spain, and Italy. I am inspired mostly by seasonality but also put great emphasis on the dining experience itself. Delicate flavors which progress throughout the meal, eventually leading to a balanced and light feeling at the end. Commonly I arrive at private homes but can also recommend rented spaces that I often work with.
My services are diverse, from intimate couples dinners up to groups of about 30 people, and operate in the following settings:
Tasting menus - a progressive dinner, 5-8 dishes
Family style- center table dishes in a more casual relaxed vibe
Cocktail parties- small bites/dishes that don’t require organized seating
